here's a good question. I have this set to no report (took off ac compressor and lines when I dropped the new motor in and put on the delete pulley) Well, when i noticed the other code I got and fixed (p0336) I noticed that P0530 was showing up. If it is set to no report why is it showing up on my aeroforce? _________________ 97 gtp, 3.4 and supporting mods

Mine's still stock (2 = service on) and I haven't seen codes while checking others in the past year. Not sure if I changed anything in there when I deleted my A/C, even the activiation temp is still at 41*F.
You should be able to avoid it by never letting the A/C button illuminate when running your HVAC. Mine typically tries coming on when using the Auto Climate Control. You could also raise that activation temp to max in the pcm, the same way you do for EGR and cat disabling.

well mine tries to come on every time I put it on defrost, i dont have the climate control just the single with the knobs, and a push button for the a/c. i have the temps changed, but it still clicks the button to the on position when i put it on defrost. its not a problem, was just curious. ill see if i can change some more and see if i can get it to not try to come on at all. |

Are you sure you disabled it and not just set it to not set a SES light? _________________
