*UPDATE* Found a '98 Regal... see below

If anyone happens to have, or come across a 98+ Regal, GP, Monte, Lumina, Impala with an L36/67 that's not in garbage condition for a very low price, let me know (motor/tranny can be junk).

We're hoping to find a fresher home for the Riv's build (see pic in sig). The old '95 G-body is in poor shape, and it would be wrong to put him on the road with a car rotting away around the engine. Maintenance on the various lines, suspension, glass, interior, etc. would cost him much more than simply upgrading to a high-mile W-body that is much less expensive to refresh & maintain. (not to mention lighter, and easier to work on in the future)

Shoot me an email & I'll discuss any options with Corey.

Seriously? Haven't kept up with your issues (primarily drivetrain?), but if cosmetics aren't falling apart (i.e. rust, dents, etc) I may be able to convince him to save a couple weeks longer. Most of the vehicles worth buying seem to be in that price range anyhow.

There are two rust spots...neither have grown in the last 3 years because it hasn't been driven in almost two.

Both on the pass. door near the bottom molding.

The hood *could* use fresh paint...

Interior is perfect...has whatever Best Buy's top oif the line Alpine deck was when I worked there (05-06) and all new components. I hvae a 3" exhaust with ultraflow mufflers that doesn't happen to be installed yet. COmplete drivetrain that almost runs (I'm going to try new plugs and wires soon I hope) and a 3" dp already installed if you want that...

I'm keeping the Solo-Baric subs and amp...that's it....but it's wired for a stereo if he's into that...has power and ground and preouts wired...just add amp and subs.

I think that's the size of it?

Oh...and it's the car from the unycgp banner (look up)...so the grilles are there too...

Alright, sounds like a better option to start with than many other things we'll come across. I'll let him know. Hell, if he doesn't go for it, maybe I'll pick it up this fall.

Until the time comes when Corey can afford to consider the GTX, any other economical options are welcome.

Matt, youre making me think about selling my bike and picking up your car lol. I so want another GTP, and something in a lot better condition than my old one. I'd even consider giving you $2500 if you could deliver it in 100% perfect running condition if you wanted. We'll see what the rest of summer brings and whether or not I can sell my Saab, which I have grown tired of. I want an autotragic transmission again Sad

Found a '98 Regal LS (guy finally got back to us, and we went to Liverpool & got it).

$350 (listed for $400 on craigs with bad motor)

Now I get to yank the setup out of the Riv & drop it in here.
