I want to say Gary at RegalGS is selling this. I know he does good work as I have a few pieces from him. I wouldn't pay $400 for it but I'd put money on it that the quality is great.

Certainly not for the average go fast guy, but for those who like to "show" thier W Body it is a nice piece.
