I have a ZZP Stage one Throttle Body for a GTP or other L67 powered car. Only used for the last part of race season 03, couple of months at most. Ran a 12.6 with it at IDD4. (that and a few other mods:)
$185 WITH NO CORE RETURN, you keep your stock TB. _________________ 2001 Silver GTP coup 11.880@116.17 Fun Driver

Not hard, 3 nuts, 3 pop off electrical connectors and your F duct, that about does it, unless you rip the gasket, then you need to clean that up.

Will this work on a 97 GTP? _________________ 3.4", Thrasher CAI, DHP, 160 Stat,41-932 plugs, M&S

Yes, it will work on a 97 GTP. ZZP gets $399 + shipping for this without a core return. If you return your core you pay for it's shipping, and if it's not a 99 or later TB you only get back $100, so my price is very resonable at $185.
It comes with a new ZZP TB gasket, opened up to match the larger bored out TB.

it is true the MAF tables are different from the 97/98 to 99+ TB due to differences in the MAF sensor design and intake design. So if you put a different year TB than your PCM then you will need a mini AFC to fine tune the MAF curve. Which is something everyone with a modified intake needs anyway. _________________ 1998 Silvermist GTP Coupe

Best to use your original sensors on the ported TB, that makes things smoother when you first fire it up. All the mod's are in the TB body, none in the sensores, so you swap them out when you change TB's |

just FYI a ZZP sg2 TB has a little work done to the MAF. Thet glue a little tail to the backside so smoth the air around it. Still GM but is worked for the TB. Thats sg2, sg1 is still really good. Doug gained alot from this sg1 TB and his upstate ported blower. 2 tenths 3 mph I think?
It was all the SC work. j/k _________________ New Era performance
