So what's the story on the meet? Can we get some times and locations? Who's planning on going? We should get caravan info set up...

I should be down. But this dude from Mass. is supposed to drive out here and buy my hood that day. Hopefully he's coming out next week!

OK since Jeff has to get his beauty sleep...LOL!....we will meet at 2:00pm in the hotel parking lot directly across from Thruway exit 37. If for some reason you don't see the HUGE hotel that dominates the entire exit.. please feel free to call me and I will gladly walk across the street and hit you with a hammer because you are a MORON! Sorry had to throw in a movie quote...anyone know what movie it is?
After that I am trying to get us a couple hours of Go-kart racing, but I called today and no one answered so I might swing out there tommorow and try to set it up. If the go-karts fall through there are alot of other things we can do....we have alot of paintball parks around here, some indoors some outdoors. This again will be up to you depending on the go-kart situation.
Then I figured dinner at like 6 or so because we usually sit around for 2+ hours talking and drinking. The restaurant is the Retreat it is in the Village of Liverpool. I will get exact directions up tonight for those of you who cannot meet us at the thruway exit. They have excellent food, and the price are a wide range..from $5 burgers(includes FFs) to $30 dinner items such as Lobster.
After that it's up to you guys, there are ALOT of bars downtown, and the titty bars are only 10 minute drive from the bars. Yes the titty bars are full nudity so sorry guys non-alcholic beers only!
Also, I won't be able to stay out and hit up the bars with you because I have to get up at 5:00am to drive to Toronto. But I have selected a special Syracuse member to lead you guys around to the best Titty bars, he's definatley special so make sure to get him a clean drool bib before you go to the "Ballet". |

No no no! I'm not dumping my SLP hood. That would be crazy! I'm finally getting rid of my stock hood that has been taking up space in my basement.
Jeff- When's your car going to be finished?

Finished? Hell, I don't know, maybe never.
Out of the paint shop? Tomorrow is the day, unless anything changes.. I'd REALLY like to drive it to the Syracuse meet to show off the cool paint, but I'm not sure if the tranny can hold up to 6 hours worth of abuse like that.. I don't know. Depends on the weather. If it's icy cold, I'll probably take it, since it behaves decently in freezing temperatures. Anything over 50 or so and it acts up after a bit of a drive.. We'll see.
Glad to hear you aren't dumping the SLP. I would've had to walk across the street and hit you with a hammer because you're a MORON! LOL
No, Scott, I don't know what movie that's from, but it sure sounded good. |

Sweet! If it's out of the paint shop in time, you know about the UBRF Grand Prix meet on Sunday right? I'm sure a few people would like to check it out! (me!) |

Well, I WAS trying to keep the paint a secret, but since I let it slip...
The ENTIRE car was repainted. Black, with an EBM F.1 stripe job... I can't WAIT to get it back! |

Jeff, Jeff, Jeff
Just like a Nike golf ball won't help you play like Tiger, a new paint job won't help your GT go faster
j/k - I'm sure it'll be GP Light - Looks great, less thrilling
Can't wait to see it.

LOL!!! GP Light....that is great!
Almsot like when we went to TI and the bartender asked Barton if he had ordered the Diet Blue.
Jeff I bet it will look awesome......NOW stop spending money on painting it, and get the tranny fixed, and buy a CSC!! Or hell I have some cool ideas for a Turbo GP...if you are interested! |
